During my tenure, I contributed to key projects such as the Bus Network Improvement Project and the Baltimore Link System, using my firsthand experience to drive meaningful improvements in transit operations and route planning

My first startup, GO SUPIR! (an on-demand bus driver app), was selected as one of Baltimore's top startups in 2020, winning a $50K investment and recognition in The New York Times as one of the country's most innovative startups. 

As the leader of Transit Gigs, an on-demand staffing app specializing in transit talent, I spearheaded the company’s expansion into multiple states, securing contracts in FL, GA, MS, MD, DC, and VA. In less than 10 months, I helped drive over $300,000 in sales, establishing Transit Gigs as a key player in the transit workforce solution space

As an Implementation Specialist with Ecolane USA, I had the opportunity to collaborate with RATP DEV on the successful deployment of the Ecolane Dispatch App. Working closely with hundreds of drivers, I played a key role in training, execution, and even dispatching. It was an exciting and hands-on experience that allowed me to directly impact operations and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
